Invest in this blawg

For kicks, I checked the status of this space on BlogShares.com. At first glance, it was what I expected. The "value" of QLL is about the same as it was the last time I checked (B$6,125). And, due to the recent paucity of posts, I wasn't surprised to see that the value declined from about B$7,300. Then I noticed something usual: someone actually bought shares of this blog!

It turns out that in December, 2006 Canine Distemper bought 1250 shares at B$2.63/share. Am I the only one who finds this amazing? This is not a commercial site, of course. The ads on this space have yet to generate a penny. Yet, someone somewhere sees value in this blawg. I am seriously impressed.
