The exam period is coming to an end, but it hasn't passed through without a fair share of tears. At least no suicides (I'm not kidding).

Last one on Wednesday, then I'm off the England.

"Isn't this fun!?"

A friend of mine is really enjoying this exam schedule. Things are coming together, concepts are gelling, ratios are making sense. Yes - to a certain extent studying is fun.

I was overhearing a couple English MA students yesterday. One was writing a paper on how Hercules was seen in ancient times versus how he is seen today. Exams and Evidence

Sorry for my absence. As you've probably guessed, I've been studying for finals. If you don't already know, most law school finals are 100% exams. So, the results from the next few weeks will account for my work from the entire course. My schedule:

Torts - (Friday ) April 15
Constitutional - April 18
Property - April 20
Contracts - April 22
Criminal - April 27

And then I leave for England on April 29.

I was reading a NYTimes article today: Videos Challenge Accounts of Convention Unrest with an interesting story on how videotape evidence just blew away the prosecution's case.

Hope all is well with you. If you're preparing for exams too: Kick some butt!!
